Operation Beaujolais - Beaujolais Chills out in Paris

We are approching the Beaujolais Nouveau wine release. Nevertheless, not many people seem to know the region where it comes from - Beaujolais - and the various beautiful wines it gives birth to.

The third Thursday of October will be a wonderful day to give it a try and fall in love with:

The 10 crus: Moulin à Vent, Fleurie, Saint Amour, Juliénas, Chénas, Morgon, Brouilly, Côte de Brouilly, Régnié et Chiroubles

And the Beaujolais Village, Beaujolais Blanc Beaujolais rosé and Crémant de Bourgogne.

Each of them represented by a different woman, "Etoile en Beaujolais"
