About Mendocino County Wines
Discover a unique wine tasting experience in the wine country of Mendocino County, Northern California. With many wineries using biodynamic and organic techniques our diverse terroir comes to life in your glass. From the rocky benchlands of Redwood Valley, to the cool coastal locations, you’ll discover a diverse selection of award winning wines and experience small, boutique wineries with limited productions of outstanding and rare varietals, and passionate winemakers skilled in their craft. Today, Mendocino enjoys nearly 50 wineries including the western most winery on the continental United States and is proud to be "America's Greenest Wine Region".

About Lake County Wines
Winemakers by the score are re-discovering the bounty of Lake County's agriculturally rich valley, which surrounding ancient Clear Lake and the rocky red volcanic soil around Mt. Konocti, a dormant volcano in the Pacific Rim chain. Lake County produced more grapevines than Napa Valley prior to prohibition when most of the grapes were replaced by walnuts and pears. From less than 100 acres in 1965, vineyard acreage has grown to over 8,800 acres today and is emerging at California most promising new premium wine region. Last year, one winery, Sol Rouge, took "Top Cabernet Sauvignon" honors by winning "Best in Class" for all of North Coast (Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino & Lake Counties) at the California State Fair. Now with over 20 wineries and several more using Lake County fruit, wine country has truly re-emerged in Lake County. Experience it for yourself today!
