Request recommendations for resource to manage a consumer wine tasting

We've been requested by one of our clients to find resources to manage a consumer wine tasting event. The services needed are the "whole gemillah"... finding the venue, soliciting attendees, putting on the event itself, dealing with suppliers/distributors etc. We're looking for experienced suppliers who have done this before. Program would be in cooperation with a European wine producing country promotion group, however the event management supplier would provide the financing and retain the profits.
