The Soul of a Land

The oldest known wine-making was discovered by archaeologists on the Eastern shores of the Black Sea. Artifacts dating back 9000 years ago prove that wine has been at the centre of our various cultures for a very long time. What pairs with woolly mammoth anyway?

Ironically, Canadian Icewine pairs well with yak cheese. It's the closest I could find to Mammoth!
