What do you pay your tasting room staff?

Hello everyone! I am researching what a typical pay scale for a full time tasting room employee is in Sonoma and Napa Counties. I am also wondering what a management position would pay? How much of your pay scale is an hourly rate, vs commissions on wine club signups etc? The name of your winery can be left out but if you could please tell me the size of your winery that will give me a better idea of how I can apply my data.
