What is your favorite culinary pairing with Trousseau Gris?
I love it with paella, salmon, & crab, … seafood & pasta, but it’s great with turkey & pumpkin pie too! While its crisp & clean, Trousseau Gris has the complexity, depth, acidity, & light spice to compliment a far wider array of culinary delights than I can imagine… so what is your favorite?
