Where is a good 2.0 generation wine app???

Have tried most of the wine apps out there and am amazed that there is nothing very good.  Especially when it comes to an international level. 

1) Anyone using an app they like and would recommend? 

2) For those still looking what is the essential functionality missing (or nice-to-haves)?
