Aloha Paul,

There are a couple of fairly good ones and a few "so so" ones in Honolulu. I will give you my top three:

Vino - Honolulu and Waikiki - M.S. Chuck Furuya and Chef D.K. Kodama

Formaggio's located in Honolulu and in Kailua _Owned and run by Wes Zane

Elua - Honolulu, Italian Food and Chocolates Chef Donato Loperfido and Phillipe Padovani

Amuse Wine Bar - Have not tried yet but heard good things. It is a "Self Serve"
