Hey Cristina,
My problem exactly...I found some small books cumbersome and easy to lose, then some of the online packages were way too numerous lines.
First, I would be remiss to not direct you to the Dummies, usually the most comprehensive.
Second, Got an idea of what you like well I know a great company that can devise up a proposal for you own specialized wine tasting notes at Lambodar, give them a call at 4088872918
Thirdly, I found online at Wine.com a great side sheet that I incorporated into an excel sheet and hence my tasting sheet.

This is a simple tasting sheet, that allows you to conceptualize certain factors of wine (aroma, taste, aftertaste, etc) on a scale to one to five. It's not comprehensive, by any means, but does set out for some easy tasting notes.

If you're looking for something a bit more comprehensive, you could start off using a simple tasting note template, while referencing something detailed like the UC Davis Wine Aroma Wheel. It helped me to have that around when I first started tasting wines, understanding what aromas were often present in wine and assigning them to certain wines I tasted. From there, I was able to make connections between different wines -- especially between those I liked and those I did not.
