Customers simply don't care about you or your products anymore. They only have time to care about themselves and their relationships. If you talk about you, you build your business around you, you create and package wines for you, you will miss the customer experience mark. But, if you find out what your customers really want, you talk about them, you offer value that mattes to them, you'll hit it out of the park.

These are all good points. Question, in an age of over saturated information how does someone authenticly connect with someone in a tasting room, via digital communication ... It is interesting that two words seem to pop up constantly, authentic and instant. Are they compatable to you as a customer?
Some great stuff I'm reading here, this is going to take some time to read through before I start commenting or communicating.I am going to have fun here I can see that already...
