A significant contribution to the Green Wine Summit is a best practices and lessons-learned track from the Dairy Industry. The wine industry can learn a lot from a cow. Hmmm...no discussion since October? Frankly, as a consumer, have been waiting for report back from the December event regretfully could not attend. Must confess, holidays happened and did not follow video channel. I'll prioritize it this week.
