Stealing from the angels' share

In Spain the portion that evaporates during aging in the "soleras" is said to be the angel's share, well if you walk in there and breathe it in you are in fact stealing from them.... but surely they don't mind.

In the small village of Pobla del Duc in Valencia, Spain Raimà is celebrated once a year.You may have heard of "La Tomatina" (also in Valencia). The world's biggest tomato fight.Well this is a street fight with what else? "Raima" is a Grape Street-Fight
