Most memorable experience around wine?: I believe I have had many, tasting wine in events, with friends and with someone special....and everytime I taste a mouthfilling well rounded red, always has been a good experience. In the summer, a good white high in acid--very refreshing. It is hard to describe a single experience....

Stellenbosch is truly an magnificent place and what you have heard is 100% true, just prettier than anyone can explain in words. Lots of smaller wineries, good restaurants and accommodation offered to experience the winelands of South Africa.

Where are you situated and have you ever been to South Africa? What would be your day to day job, hopefully you get enough time to enjoy the product.

Quanto a indústria vinícola brasileira, especialmente no Rio Grande do Sul, o melhor desempenho se dá na fabricação de espumantes (já experimentou?) e, em menor escala, com tintos de boa estrutura tânica e perfil "Novo Mundo", tentando concorrer com vinhos do Chile e Argentina.
