About Me:
I am a 27 year old experienced in food, wine, and hospitality. I spent 5 years in San Francisco working in the top restaurants (Aqua, Gary Danko, Ame...) and absorbing every bit of information on food and wine as possible. I relocated back to my home town St. Louis in 2007 and am just trying to find a way to fit my passion into this town. I had been working for the Ritz-Carlton until recently. I also do my own freelance wine tasting and consultation. In October, I wrote my very first completely independent wine list. My dream would be to work for a food/wine/hospitality consulting business or something nationwide that would enable me to stay in St. Louis for at least a little while.
