I am a restaurant lifer...since 1992 I have been serving up slop to the hungry, the proud, the obnoxious. And I wouldn't have it any other way...I love it.
I am a second level Certified Sommelier, through the Court of Master Sommeliers, a CSW (Certified Specialist of Wine) through the Society of Wine Educators, and hopefully as of next week an Official Spanish Wine Educator from the Spanish Wine Academy taught by Pancho Campo the first MW of Spain. I will spend next week drinking great Spanish wines in the greatest city in the world, NYC. Cheers!!!
