- Well...it depends on the day, how I feel, who i'm with, etc. This week: grenache rose
- Most memorable experience around wine?
- watching the evolution of a nebbiolo. It started off as an unapproachable and overly tannic bottle of confusion, but with the guidance and learned patience of a winemaker, I was encouraged to keep trying it every so often. It eventually blossomed into one of the most beautiful wines I've tasted of late, and I look forward to trying it years from now.
