Hi Clay,
As for Chile B&B suggestions, unfortunately I don't have any. I went on a skiing tour, so we primarily stayed at Valle Nevado. We stayed in some hotel in Santiago, but only had one day in Santiago and one day in Valparaiso. We took a tour of Concho & Toro, which was eye-opening for me. I admit I thought they were 'too big' before actually going there. Instead, I found the wine to be AWESOME, the tour to be fabulously interesting, and the grounds and winery are beautiful. And, just like another local wine giant, they also make delicious high end artisan wines that don't get international distribution.
Hey, are you coming to WA State? I can definitely offer suggestions for that trip (places to stay, wineries to visit, great restaurants, things to do & see)!! :)
When are you going to be in town? We are looking for a long-term compliance partner for an product initiative, and it would be great to learn about your process.
