Every wonder how wine is made? I did …but needed to have it in layman terms. So I thought I would share the basics with you.Lets start with Harvesting grapes: precisely when to pick the grapes is an agonizing decision for growers. I Love my job! My experience with wine is always a continued education, as wine evolves and changes. I love the tasting part of my tastings, but the best is seeing the happy faces of the guests when the taste the quality of our wines and have the opportunity to ask questions without being intimidated.
