About Me:
I am a TV Host for a show called "DIG IN! AMERICA." I rate National Restaurants, I love to talk about "Organic" food, and then, my famous Chef and I re-create the dish at home to show the viewer how he or she can be a gourmet too. My background:
I was a TV Reporter in Miami for 6 years, then, went on to start my own TV Show in Las Vegas, called "Neon Buzz" and then, another Show called "Vegas Exposed." I was the "it girl" in and around town, where I rated restaurants and talked about all of the wonderful things Vegas has to offer. During all of that time, I started to collect fine art...which brings me to my next passion....Representing Famous Artists.....I sell Fine Art...and tie the Art and the TV Show together to throw fabulous parties at great Galleries around the country to promote the wonderful artists' work...as well as promote new and not so new Chef's as they make unbelievable food for my parties. I like my Art parties to have the finest of everything, including wine and cheese. Wine is special part of my everyday life....when I rate a restaurants' food, I always like to pair the food up with the BEST WINE! People that watch me love a great recommendation.......
I have taken it a step further and created a Media and Marketing Platform to Promote Restaurants World Wide with my company, "Mini Menus, Inc".

Portugal Dão region has the most gastronomic wines: fresh, intense, elegant with very nice acidity. Just try.
