After cycling through the Bordeaux region of France and sampling wines at dinner every night, I became hooked on good wine. After visiting the wineries of the Valley de Guadalupe in Baja I decided I wanted to bring those flavors to the Midwest.

Yep, I am about three blocks from the Rose Gardens at Lake Harriet. How does Tuesday the 28th look, we can be flexible as it gets closer, but would like to put something on my calendar, I am booked the 29 - 31.
