Sommelier with my own company since 11 years. Doing classes at a restaurant school, entry level and in the last 5 years writing articles abour wine and food. Finishing studies in journalism made me proud to titulate myself as a journalist :-) Guess its the same as beeing a sommelier, you end up knowing less as the years pass - if you ask me. I just got back from Stockholm! I had such a lovely time in Sweden.
And yes, it would be good to connect. The UOC is an open university, and all of our courses are online. We are developing a few wine courses and are looking to expand this offer over the next few years. We also have plans to do workshops and podcasts as the goal of our institution is to make quality post-secondary education accessible to everyone. I will keep you posted!
