- Fenestra’s varieties include but are not limited to: Semillon, Semonnay (a Semillon / Chardonnay blend), Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Viognier, White Riesling, Dry Rose, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Zinfandel, Barbera, Malbec, Pinot Noir, Petite Verdot, Petite Sirah, Estate Syrah, Estate Mourvedre, Sweet Viognier and Port.
Fenestra also has a heightened interest in Iberian varietals, introducing wines to the tasting room lineup that include Verdelho, Torrontes, Alvarelhao, Tempranillo, Touriga, Graciano and a classic Iberian Port blend.
The winery’s yearly production falls between 7500 and 8000 cases and the cooperage mainly consists of French, Hungarian and American oak barrels, as well as stainless steel.
