Not only are they the best store in Texas, but their model rivals in many ways the competition. They are the echelon, and so far, it does not appear to "have gone to their head." I will email over my thoughts on all things Sacre Bleu later on this evening!

Wish I could be home for Thanksgiving!!! Better yet, I wish we had a bottle of the CVM to share with Gabe's family. We will have to work on getting a bottle or two here for Christmas!! They are increasingly interested in the label!
