- Hello, I am a San Diego wine enthusiast who loves to write about wine almost as much as I like to drink it. I grew up on California's Central Coast as it transitioned from flower fields to vineyards, so my oenophilia started with Santa Barbara County pinots and has since expanded to include Paso Zins and Napa Cabs. The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know, so I am excited to join this group.

- A three-way tie: 1) the time I had a bottle of Prisoner with a beer-can chicken in Napa, 2) my first day of work in a tasting room with my dad on Father's Day, or 3) the time my friend swirled her vino right out of her glass and onto her husband's shirt.
