About your question, my favorite wine is for the red, the REDblanc biodynamic Côtes du Rhône and for the white is la coudée d'or Domaine viret in Rhône Valley.

Welcome to Wine 2.0 and welcome to the wine biz. It sounds like you are enthusiastic about your education....that"s great. Never lose that and you will continue to injoy this industry. Nice to see up and comming winemakers with a sincere interest in keeping things in balance and finding the harmony in farming and creating wines. If you ever get down to Mendocino you should see what we are doing with Olives,Grapes and Wine.
