I am a Certified Sommelier/Advanced Level and currently I am the Wine Director of a Major Courmet Market with a huge Wine Selection in Miami Florida. How difficult is it to move undiscovered small wines on a wine list? Are consumers interested or do they usually veer back to either the value wines or the well known high scorers?
