About Me:: I just launched Bouké, blends from the North Fork of Long Island, in May. I was originally trained as a musician (violin, guitar, banjo), worked at Salomon Brothers for a decade as a securities analyst before I had kids, recently earned the Diploma from WSET, then developed Bouké. The white and rosé were released, the rosé sold out, and we're bottling the red next week.
