My wife Nancy and I really grew our appreciation of wine and the winemaking business while living in Oregon's Willamette Valley. I think it's totally cool getting a glass of wine in a restaurant, which came from a vineyard you just passed driving to the restaurant.
We like what we put in our bodies to be fresh, local and, when possible, organic.
