Hernan Ovalle said… - hi Mitch, yes I know El Huique, they produce very good wines, nice experience a harvest in Chile, here in Chile is quite common that oenologist do harvest in Napa, Sonoma France or Spain, how we're in the opposite hemisphere, winery use to contract oenologist students or just graded for the harvest.
