Wine enthusiast for many years now turned wine maker - Suisun Valley Syrah and Riesling completing fermentation, Chilean Carmenere ready for bottling in about 90 days, working with an organic blueberry farmer in Maine to prove viability of his gourmet sourtop blueberries, and two batches of Raspberry Chocolate Port to work on during the cold winter months.... its a challenge .. but someones got to do it!
