About Me:
I live and work in the Silicon Valley. I make wine (Pinot and Cabernet) in the Saratoga Hills. We use grapes from Martin Ray's property (my partner and friend is Barclay Kamb, Martin Ray's grandson). We create a partnership each year to buy the grapes and we collectively make and bottle and label the wine. It is a blast. For a day job, I work at Green Wireless Systems, a water management systems company that makes advanced water management solutions for large landscape installations. I love my large tribe of friends, especially when we get together and drink great wine.

Picture is taken at the old Martin Ray winery in Saratoga Hills. I'm loading grapes into the crusher (nicknamed "the brutalizer").

HI Rick,

I JUST launched www.Bibola.com -- check it out -- It's a fun, whimsical site selling great value, new-to-market imported wines that you can't find at your local store. There's a great wine-club offer up at this time -- 15% discount on quarterly shipments + 15% on all wines bought through the store. Perhaps you'd be interested in becoming a Charter Member? In the near future I'll be offering small, hard-to-find domestic producers, too. So perhaps I can work with your brand? All the best, Tempe aka Bibola

Hi Rick
Thanks for inviting me. I used to work in Silicon Valley, but left about 12 years ago to move to Sonoma County to plant a vineyard and work in a winery. I grow Syrah, but have just planted some Pinot using the Flowers clone as they are my neighbors across the valley.

Hi Rick - thanks for inviting me. Any pinot and cab recommendations? Lately, it seems I've been drinking mostly merlots and tempranillos.

Thanks for the invite, I frequent CA often from TX. I am semi retired, collect wines (esp. Pinot and Cabs) for a living. I am in the process of building a small cellar to complement the storage and Vinotheque. Cheers! Thanks for adding me to your tribe.
