- I work for the Schermerhorn Symphony Center in Nashville, Tennessee in Food and Beverage. I have recently completed my book, "Events You Design" and it should be available for purchase from Amazon in December of this year. I love food and wine and enjoy tasting as well as reading about them.

Rice, citrus, pomegranate, prickly pear, oolong tea, green tea, melon, plum, ginseng, damiana, etc. Hmm. I thought it is not the pure sake.
