- My company (Union Jack) supplies winemakers and grape growers with unique rakes, forks, shovels and punch-downs. I recently developed a new punch-down tool called the Pigeage Lite. The Pigeage Lite weighs less than 5 lbs. and allows winemakers to punch down the cap on their fermenting red grapes for better color and body. My web site is www.grapetools.com.
I love good wine and enjoy reading about the history of winemaking in California. I'm addicted to Bikram Yoga and the entire yoga lifestyle.
