Sauv Blanc - most favored for maintenance drinking...

So, at first, I was all put out by the diatribe posted by Ms. Sauv-Blanc-Hate… but then, I thought, she must be tortured by an oak-clouded mind and I found pity for her limted palate. How could anybody be so aggressive about such an approachable, food-friendly wine? Will she miss the delight in Argentina’s Torrontes, or Spain’s Albarino? Is it white-hate? Or, is it oak addiction and over-dose? I can’t imagine…

Tina, you've left me speechless. That was 2006, correct? Valdepenas wine region in central Spain...great memories. Remember that the men in the back seat were responsible for jamon, chocolat, and vino.
