- I have an appreciation for GOOD wine. I like sparkling wines, white and reds. My collection consists of mainly Californian but you'll find a 1999 Biondi Santi Brunello among other good Italian wines and a few Bordeauxs in my cellar.
I have explored regions all over California and Italy and would like to explore France and Argentina within the next 2 years.
I occasionally work as a wine consultant for a small firm that provides wine education to consumers.
My goal is to open a wine bar that stands out among others and grow that into a small chain of say 3 wine bars.
