Delicious sparkler

This sparkling wine from France has got a fuller mouthfeel than many champagnes. Just delicious! First tasted Vilmart NV Cuvee Grand Cellier at a tasting a couple of weeks ago. Priced at $60.00 that night - might be a bit higher at normal retail.

Portugal Dão region has the most gastronomic wines: fresh, intense, elegant with very nice acidity, made with autochthonous grapes from very particulary varietys.
Just try.
I am a producer in Portuguese Dão region, and I suggest you to taste an old Dão.
