Crossing a Major Threshold

My sustainable wine bar Sostevinobile is still under development, but we just recorded the 500th winery on our roster. While this represents roughly only 8.3333333% of the wine labels in California, Washington & Oregon, it's still a significant milestone for the wine program I am building.
