Wine 2.0

The leaves are turning on Nova Scotia's Chedabucto Bay and we've posted our fall wine picks from the DesBarres Manor Inn cellar and some of our favourite pairings to accompany the selections. You can read more about the DesBarres Manor Inn fall wine picks here:

What are your favourite fall pairings? Have you tried any of these wines? We'd love to hear your own fall wine pairing stories.

Enjoy!

Thanks for stopping by, Jim. Glad you liked the Viognier. Hopefully you'll be able to give the Marechal Foch a try. It's a grape that does well in cold climates and I know they produce it in the Finger Lakes so you might be able to get a bottle where you live. Otherwise you'll have to come up to Nova Scotia for a wine tasting dinner. We agree the Tuscan wines are delicious in the fall and have some nice bottles in our cellar for special fall dinners. Cheers to you!

Most certainly will enjoy some Viognier this fall..Great Choice....I have to admit I have never tasted a Marechal Foch? .....I also love red wines of Tuscany in the fall..They have that warming feeling.... Cheers!
