Drinking Wine and Saving the environment just got easier!

Anita and I were shopping at Red Carpet Wine when we discovered a bucket full of corks under the banner ‘ReCork America’.

This noble company has joined forces with wineries, restaurants, wine shops and key retailers to collect all the natural cork that would otherwise end up in a landfill. Did you know that natural cork is 100% recyclable?

Just think about all the poor helpless corks you threw away last year. Those little corks could have a second life as flooring tile, insulation, automotive gaskets or shoes.
