Villa San Juliette Wine

We recently heard about this new winery being built near Paso Robles. The owners are two pretty successful Brits from Liverpool who hit it big with their TV show American Idol. They bought a nice piece of property and replanted the vineyard with Cab and Merlot.

They hired Adam LaZarre from Hahn Estates to make the wine and showcase it around the country. I ran into him at the winery which is under construction. He has had big success with his other brands and sees very good things coming from this vineyard. The wine is in limited production.
