He attended Kendall College, the #1 ranked culinary school in the Midwest, and went on to intern at 160 Blue and held a top chef positions at Goose Island and Ted’s Montana Grill. In February 2010 Anthony decided to open his own restaurant where he could offer mouthwatering dishes coupled with a memorable social experience.
