I went to the website for Ty-ku. Soju(or Shochu, as it is also called) is a traditional Asian white spirit originating over 700 years ago. Thanks for your information as well. I appreciate any input.

What makes ty-ku so smooth? Some people tell me ty-ku is from rice, but I say it is not.

Lately we have tried an alcohol called Ty-ku and we really enjoy it. I would love to learn more about it. I also love Spanish wines, but would love to learn more about what Japan has to offer.
