Circus in the City: The Release of Beaujolais Nouveau

We’re never ones to miss a celebration of wine, so of course we found our way to Boston’s South End for a spectacular release party for Georges DuBoeuf Beaujolais Nouveau and hosted by our friends at the Second Glass. The event was filled with a unique mix of gourmet food, circus performances, music, and of course a lot of wine!

And what exactly is Beaujolais wine and more specifically Beaujolais Nouveau wine? Our host for the evening Evangeline Lane, set out to get the answers from Catherine Cutier of WJ Deutsch, the local importer of Georges DuBoeuf wines.

Indeed, the release of Beaujolais Nouveau made for a great night of celebration and fun. And of course, the coming weeks of the season will feature many special evenings and certainly more opportunities to toast and drink Beaujolais with friends and family to which we say...Cheers!
