Debra interviews Valerie Riboud-Rouselle of Chateau Robine based in Provence, France. As one of the few classed growth properties in Provence, Valerie explains why her property is special and unique, including the fact that they grow 13 types of grapes and that the property and its vineyards are all in one piece (rather than broken up). She discusses the weather challenges of Provence and its four seasons, as well as the sustainability in the vineyards. Valerie gets personal about her hobbies of skiing (with white wine, of course!).
