Naked Wine Show 1036 - Henry of Pelham's Sibling Rivalry

Henry of Pelham “Sibling Rivalry” 2008 White
(Niagara, Ontario)

Clear, watery pale straw colour.
Blend of Riesling, Chardonnay, and Gewürztraminer.
Clean, medium intensity nose of coconut oil, pineapple, candied citrus, and some green apple.
On the palate, pineapple, green apple skin, papaya and tangerine.
Quite complex and great as an aperatif!

So very... non-titillating.

"Once you decide to titillate instead of illuminate . . . you create a climate of expectation that requires a higher and higher level of intensity" (Bill Moyers).

In other words, tilt down.
