Organic Movement at Beckstoffer Vineyards
As many of you know, Sol Rouge has bought and buys cabernet sauvignon fruit from a number of Andy Beckstoffer's vineyards including such vineyards as Dr. Crane, Amber Knolls, and the famed To Kalon Vineyard. I was up checking out our fruit at the Amber Knolls vine...yard on Wednesday, September 9 with Head Viticulturist, Randy Krag and Randy was explaining Beckstoffer Vineyards more to organic farming. By the way, the fruit look great this years!
